Rey “Boom Boom” Bautista vs. Heriberto Ruiz (Featherweight)

Round 1

Bautista initiates attack with a jab but gets countered with hooks from Ruiz. Ruiz oout boxing Bautista. Bautista traps Ruiz in corner and lands some clean punches but Ruiz comes out with a barrage of his own. Both men active, Hard round to score.

Bautista gets countered every time he comes in. Ruiz clearly using his reach advantage to it full effect, making Bautista overextend and miss. Bautista manages to get in but gets clobbered with hooks from Ruiz.

Ruiz maintains routine; counter Bautista every time he comes in. Gash over Bautista’s right eyebrow prompted referee to have Bautista checked. Fight continues. Bautista stuns Ruiz but Mexican manages to survive the assault.

Bautista now lands his hooks and staggers Ruiz. Bautista and Ruiz now trading punches with Bautista getting the better of the exchange. Bautista landing his power blows now. Ruiz clearly dazed.

Ruiz gets back to his gameplan and find success again. Ruiz lands a low blow. Bautista manages to land his combinations. Both men now trading in the middle of the ring. Bautista clearly wants a brawl. Headbutt opens gash over Ruiz left eyebrow and Bautista’s temple.

Ruiz starts round with a body assault. Bautista tags Ruiz with a 1-2. Both men trade leathers at the middle of the ring. Bautista lands a left hook followed with a combination. Ruiz misses with a right hook.

Bautista charges in and bumps heads with Ruiz. Bautista bleeding profusely. Ringside doctor called in to check. Referee calls a halt to the bout.

Bautista winner by technical decision.

Jason Pagara vs. Juan Carlos Gallegos (Light welterweight)

Round 1

Right straight from Pagara connects. Another right straight from Pagara lands. Gallegos missing with a wild left hook. Pagara misses with a right jab. Gallegos counters with a 1-2 combination. Gallegos lands a stiff jab. Pagara lunges with a 1-2 but got countered with a jab from Gallegos. Close round.

Pagara maintains pressure but is now getting countered. Gallegos now outboxing Pagara. Pagara gets a clean hook in and stuns Gallegos. Gallegos comes back with clean blows from his own.Pagara closes round with a right straight.

Pagara continues to apply pressure but Gallegos seems to be reading Pagara well. Pagara connects with a combination. Pagara and Gallegos both land clean punches but Gallegos is boxing well.  Pagara’s right eye is visibly swollen.

Gallegos outboxing Pagara and now landing more clean blows. Gallegos land a clean uppercut but Pagara retaliates with an uppercut of his own. Pagara charges with a left hook and decks Gallegos with a left straight. Gallegos failed to beat the count. Victory for Pagara,

Edrin Dapudong vs. Benja Leomoli (Flyweight)

Round 1

Two Left hooks from Dapudong connects. Dapudong controlling the pace with his jab. Body assault lands for Dapudong. Dapudong peppers Leomoli with body shots. Leomoli on the defensive. Leomoli comes short with a 1-2 combination. Dapudong decks Leomoli with a body shot. All Dapudong.

Round 2

Dapudong picking up from where he left. Pure pressure from Dapudong. Leomoli retaliates with a combination but misses and over extends. Leomoli lands a counter left hook to the head. Leomoli drops mouthpiece.

Round 3

Dapudong continues to dominatye fight. Dapudong maintains pressure and body attack. Leomoli comes back with combinations but cannot fend off Dapudong. Right hook from Dapudong stuns Leomoli. Clear mismatch.

Round 4

Dapudong lands a right upper cut to the jaw followed with a left hook. Leomoli falls down. Referee ends fight.
