Filipino Boxing Journal was first created in July 2010 by Kenneth Ragpala, a boxing writer whose prior experiences included writing and covering huge boxing events in the Philippines for several boxing websites.The site’s goal is to provide Filipino fight fans with fight news that matter, whether local or international; also, FBJ is committed to showcase Filipino talents to the world.

FBJ has won the “Best Blog in Sports” category at the 2010 Philippine Blog Awards.

Kenneth Ragpala has been involved in the boxing writing circle since 2008 and his works has appeared in several newspapers and online publications.
